The Grade 1 Cocoa Specifications:

• SIngle orgin cocoa beans from Idukki district in Kerala.
• Benas are minimum sorted to remove the flat and brocken beans.
• Beans count 90 to 100 per 100 gm beans.
• All beans having same fermentation and moisture level. We do the ferementation and sun drying in our own facility. No added color or additives.
• We sell the beans grown in our own farm, in Idukki district in Kerala has higher butter content and aroma.
• Retail Order quantity : 200gm, 500gm, 1 kg or 2kg
• Shelf life – 6 months
